R.E.M. Headliner

R.E.M.'s first arena-level world tour, in support of their sixth album Green. The tour comprised 137 concerts across Japan, Australia, New Zealand, North America, the U.K., and Europe from January to November 1989. It was the band's first tour to feature large-scale production and marked their transition from college rock to mainstream arena act. The tour spawned the concert film Tourfilm.
