Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band's Wrecking Ball World Tour, in support of his seventeenth studio album Wrecking Ball (released March 5, 2012). The tour launched March 18, 2012 in Atlanta and reached 26 countries — the most ever for a Springsteen tour. The first U.S. leg featured arena shows, followed by a European summer run. The tour returned to the U.S. in August 2012 for stadium dates at venues including Wrigley Field, Citizens Bank Park, MetLife Stadium, and Fenway Park. A 2013 leg added dates across Europe, Australia, and additional U.S. shows. The tour grossed $340.6 million overall.
