SCI's legendary Winter Carnival tour spanning December 1998 through New Year's Eve 1999 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland. These shows were recorded and released as the double live album Carnival '99. The band's themed New Year's Eve events became one of the most anticipated events on the jam band calendar.
