Argentine rock band from Buenos Aires, formed in 1982. Gustavo Cerati (vocals/guitar), Zeta Bosio (bass), Charly Alberti (drums). The most influential and important Latin American rock band. Pioneered Spanish-language new wave, post-punk, and alternative rock. Active 1982–1997, reunion 2007.
