American rock band from Germantown, Maryland, formed in 1991. Neil Fallon (vocals), Tim Sult (guitar), Dan Maines (bass), Jean-Paul Gaster (drums). Known for blues-driven hard rock with unique lyrical approach. One of the hardest-working touring bands. Albums include Blast Tyrant, Earth Rocker, and Sunrise on Slaughter Beach.
